Description :
De 9h-10h30 une permanence du Pole "Appui à la diffusion de la recherche" est organisée à la cafétéria de l'ICS ou vous pouvez poser vos questions.
Open access (OA) is a set of principles and practices through which research outputs like
journal articles are distributed online, free of cost or other access barriers. In many
disciplines, open access publishing has become a widespread practice and researchers
have now many options available to them; they can deposit their work in a repository, and
they can select an open access journal. Navigating this ecosystem can be challenging.
This presentation will provide researchers with insights on the options available at
University of Strasbourg and will address the following questions: how to make your
publications open access? how to deposit your work in the institutional repository HAL?
What is a predatory publisher and how to avoid them? What are Article Processing
charges? Which agreements are in place with publishers at University of Strasbourg?
